Find a Mentor

“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction”

– John C Crosby

Intended to unlock your potential and help you get more out of your career, WIP connects experienced women/men politicians with women who:

  • are running for office or a board for the first time;
  • are running a campaign for the first time; or
  • are simply interested in learning more about the political process and the relevant experiences of other women.

A mentor is someone who can support your political journey by sharing their knowledge, expertise and experience. If you have never had a mentor before, now is the time to consider getting someone on board.

Recommendation: We recommend to fill this self-assessment form before submitting your application, so you can determine the areas in which you need more help.
